Danny D and Harris and Me!

Thanks guys for all the new Posts and the buzz on Danny D. (Incase you haven't listened to what all the buzz is about, click on the microphone on the Goal Rush Library site.) Harris and Me is a great book and I think the boys did a great job as well. I wonder what book they will review next?

Thanks! PHMS Students are AWESOME!!!

Thanks for your comments everyone! How encouraging to hear from you! I think PHMS has the most awesome students. You guys are extra awesome for writing here on the Goal Minded Blog!

Thank you too for the comment on the Horowitz books. I agree and think you are right about needing more Horowitz books. We just purchased the new Alex Rider book, Snakehead that you mentioned! We used the money from the book fair to purchasee it. More special thanks to all the students who bought something from the book fair. This made it possible to buy more of the books you want and the fun items we put in the Library Media Center. What other books would you like to see the library purchase?

Cheyenne was our big winner for "Go Fishing" @ the Goal Rush Library book fair! She earned a fishing license when she purchased a book for a teacher from the book fair. She caught the biggest fish in the tank, an Orange County Teddy Bear donated by the Orange, VA CVS store.

Thanks to all of you who purchased books at the Goal Rush Library book fair! I would now like to open comments for suggestions as to what you would like added to your library. We have $150.00 to spend. Would you like more graphic novels? More reading rockers? Fog juice for our fogger? Write here and tell us what you want as an added item to our library. This is money above and beyond our normal library budget. This is money you earned and I would like you to have imput as to how you would like it spent.
