Eric, in comment to your statement as to food and genetic enginering. Please go to this link: http://www.fda.gov/fdac/features/2003/603_food.html
Thanks for your comments. I should've been more clear; my research involved genetic engineering in animals. The FDA HAS approved over 50 genetically engineered foods. These are all plant-based. What I meant to say in the video is that the FDA has not approved any G.E. animals for food. However, the FDA has allowed cloned animals to be consumed, stating that "Cloning is not the same as genetic engineering, which involves altering, adding, or deleting DNA; cloning does not change the gene sequence." I hope this clears that up! The website is: http://www.fda.gov/cvm/GEgeneralQA.htm.
Eric - Nicely done! You have put a lot of research and hard work into your presentation, very impressive. I'm extremely interested in the process of cloning of pets, and hope that someday it becomes more commonplace and affordable. Let's discuss it sometime.
Eric, great job with your report out and your research. Aunt lynn wants to know when you think they will be able to genetically engineer a half fish half whitetail deer so i could get a deer\fish all in one excursion so i will have more time to do more of her honey-Do list!!
Hey Eric,A job well done,I really liked the way you were very creative with your presentation and your example made out of candy that was an awesome idea. You put alot of work into it and kept me interested and you seemed very calm and confident.GREAT JOB!!!

Eric, how do they regulate cloning?
Great report. You must have done a lot of reading and taking notes to do that report! How did you find your information?

I'm very proud of you!
Eric,
Awesome project! Very insighful and informative. Keep up the hard work. The big question is: Would you clone Bella if you could?
Wow Eric!! I am impressed with the amount of work that you put into your presentation. You presented it well too!
